I really wanted this to work!

I paid for this program for a year and never got it to work for me. I am pretty saavy at figuring things out, but accounting is not my expertise. I think the biggest problem is that they choose only to communicate via email and answered usually 24 hours plus later. The response was a link to a general set up video. I am a busy small business owner and would like to get things done when I am working on them at that moment and help me with my specific issues. Eventually, I was able to get a person to call me and it still didnt work! This would have been really awesome if this had worked but it never did work right. I do not recommend this program.
