Xero Accounting App Reviews

Need to see balance sheet and income statement. App is essentially Xero lite

Lacks functionality. Disappointing with no indication of any work being done on it to improve it?!?!? Balances are out of sync between app and cloud version. Basically this app has very little use - expected much more.

You cant do much with the app. Would be great to be able to see the reports and such or create POs

I run a mobile business where I meet customers on site. It works great to make instant invoices and either email them or have them paid by PayPal.

makes no sense that an accounting app does not allow access to customer invoices and payment records. what is the point?

Basic app. Useless. Not able to create rules in app. Not efficient.

Ok, at least they have an app, but its barebones at best. 2 stars for at least being able to show me my balance, but it prompts me to log in with practically every click which sometimes doesnt even work throwing confusing errors on the screen. Thats rather annoying and doesnt fill me with confidence when I use this app.

This app is missing much of the functionality found on Xeros website. Literally all you can do with the app is see bank account info, record receipts and send invoices. Thats it. No reports. We are switching from Xero at the end of the year and it cannot come soon enough. I dont love Quickbooks Online, but it blows Xero away, both the website and the app.

Why did I just sign up for this site which integrates with so many apps but has such a terrible app of their own. I want to see if someone paid and even visiting the contacts page and clicking history doesnt show if it was paid.

You cant click anything without being promoted it sign in again. Half the time, the sign in function fails. The app is pretty much useless.

Very easy to use

The app has functionality for invoices and bank transactions. The lack of reporting capabilities severely limits its usefulness for tracking the state of business.

I think the app works pretty good although for such a company making such a great impact in capital they should really invest in correcting the app. Now when I contacted them six months ago they said they were on it but so far nothing. basically as of November 2016 the app doesnt allow you to Mark payments create an invoice delete an invoice its pretty useless although let me look at the invoices thats just about all you can do. It will let you create a new invoice thats it great service on the website but the app need some serious investment quite frankly Im surprised that they havent done it by now.

The app does seem to work reliably, but the reduced number of features is frustrating. For example, you cant enter or see bills at all. To be truly useful to business owners on the go, a fuller range of features is needed.

This will be a great mobile companion to the accounting program I use for my small business once they work out the bugs. I would highly recommend a print feature for invoices out in the field. Right now you can only email invoices, but some of my customers require hard copies.

App will not open any longer. I just get an error message! Dont update if you use this often, like I do.

Annoying & subversive commercial

I dont understand how you can out put a great product like Xero Desktop and WorkFlow Max and then you create the absolutely worst mobile app ever. This iPad app literally does nothing. It shows you nothing. It is basically nothing. Too bad there isnt an option for ZERO stars on the App Store.
