Really like the app. Intuitive. Great interface. Responsive. Like the bank rec too. Will recommend.

Xero is truly a cut above the rest of the accounting apps out there. Nice!

Functional app companion to the paid software service, however, recent update broke key function of receipt photo upload. Need better QA.

While this app looks to have potential it quickly made it off my shopping list. Both this and its desktop counterpart are missing the critical ability to generate estimates or quotes. Therefore it alienates the plethora of businesses who require this basic feature to generate business. And after 3 years of requests logged on their website they have done nothing but offer an amateur workaround that takes some effort to accomplish. That tells me that this is not a company with the necessary drive to keep improving their product. Not for me.

Limited functions. Good for checking bank balances and handling receivables, and great that expenses can be logged along with a photo of the receipt. As a business owner, I would like to be able to view my P&L, balance sheet and payables too.

Impossible to create an account. It locked me out prior to getting in.

Absolutely useless to me. iOS 8 has changed decimal separator from "." to "," and now cents are ignored and rounded down to zero. Complete waste of time now and I pay good money for this.

I love xero as an accounting system. My problem with the Ap is that it only lets you create and send invoices and do a few other minor things . You cannot create quotes. You cannot create purchase orders. You can not do any of the other things that are critical . I run my business mobilely a lot - I have an IPad Pro and a cant do anything I need to do on this Ap. I am currently logining in through the browser on my iPad Pro and doing things that way but wish I could do everything on the Ap . Thanks

This app is next to useless without quoting capability. How hard can it be to add a module that almost mirrors invoices? Why cant I see my margin when quoting? I should have to pay for an add-on to et these basic services.

I paid for this program for a year and never got it to work for me. I am pretty saavy at figuring things out, but accounting is not my expertise. I think the biggest problem is that they choose only to communicate via email and answered usually 24 hours plus later. The response was a link to a general set up video. I am a busy small business owner and would like to get things done when I am working on them at that moment and help me with my specific issues. Eventually, I was able to get a person to call me and it still didnt work! This would have been really awesome if this had worked but it never did work right. I do not recommend this program.

Not sure why two step authorization hasnt been built into the mobile app. The solution of disabling the protection, logging on your phone, then reenabling it is backwards and time consuming. Update 4/5/16: Todays update still doesnt have two step authorization support. Refuse to disable this just to log into the app Update 4/19/16: No 2 step authorization today either Update 4/26/26: I had put in a request to support asking for the timeline for implementing 2SA to the app. They suggested putting in a feature request on the Forum, which there is already one. If you find the app useless because of this flaw, up vote the "2SA - Touch App login that supports two step authentication" in the community forum Update: 5/11/2016 no change in support for 2FA :( Update 5/12/2016: one of the developers made a comment on the support forums that they are working on a new version due out in June (hopefully) to fix this and some other login issues. Cant wait!

Easy way to review and okay transactions while on the road. Dont expect full scale functionality.

❌Cannot sign in with two factor enabled. ❌cannot view bills ❌cannot see all contact details ❌cannot see balances of contacts

Very handy app for our accounts however the dashboard for the app could have the bill section added and also for contacts you cant add a contact from it -

This is one of the easiest pieces of accounting software to use and the functionality of the app is superior to rivals

Works fine for receipts, but no bill or account update balance options.
